My recommendation for upper gastric reflux is 1 teaspoon of BioActiv GNB in ½ glass of water before eating a meal, which helps sooth, coats and helps healing. 1-2 Orthoplex Hydrozymes (Betaine HCL) in the middle of the meal and a lozenge of Nutrition Care’s Zinech (zinc propolis and herbs) sucked after the meal. 6 drops of Bioresearch GIT 30 minutes before meals to enhance the healing and balance in the stomach and release wind.
Two recent gems added to our “dispensary”, are Heel’s Vinceel. This is a herbal homoeopathic mouth spray and a Praccy offered that it had released her from a chronic dental condition affecting the bone. The other is Fidesan, a homoeopathic ointment which is an aid to assist in the treatment of eczema. It’s very gentle and my observation is that it is super fast acting on redness and swelling of the dermatological areas, great with blemishes too.
