If this is your first time on NRG's site then here are some pointers to getting the most out of it as easy as possible.

A Detailed Guide will be written up shortly. For now, when you enter the amount you would like of each product you need to click the shopping basket to add it and then move on to the next item. Then click the Shopping cart, checkout button. Once you submit your order with your own order number (for your reference) you will receive a confirmation printout.
Alternatively, you can fill an order form online and then either print it off and fax it in or simply press the email button when you are done. There is no need to spend time writing anymore, it’s all digital! The form can be downloaded here.
Finding a product from a keyword:
Tpye in the product you are looking for into the "Quick Serach" button in the navigation toolbar on the left.
Depending on the type of account you are wanting to open you will need to fill in one to two forms. These can be filled in online and with one click of a button sent to us or they can be printed and sent in via fax or post. Grocery accounts will only need to fill in this form while practitioners and students will need to fill in this form and this form. Both can be found in the Accounts section of the website.
Finding a product for a condition:
This function will allow you to choose products based on their therapeutic uses. You will choose the relative system that that condition belongs to, like Immune, and then be able to choose the condition, colds/flu, hayfever etc which will then link you to the products, that can be then used for those conditions. These are suggestions only and NRG does not take any responsibility for actions based on this function. It is to be used as a guide only. There is a lot of work behind the scenes that needs to go on for this to be complete. It will be worked on continually so that it will be as accurate as possible. Click on the “Select by Condition” button on the navigation tool bar on the left hand side of each page. Then click the System your condition belongs to, and then the condition are you looking product for. Not all conditions will be on there, just the general ones. You can always email or ring techsupport@nrgaust.com for further questions but this should be your first tool when looking for something new.
Setting up customizable repeat order form:
This function will be explained in detail in the future.
Once you have an account set up, and have been given your user name and password from our sales team, you can log in using the login function up the top right hand corner of the website. You can then see details about your account above the 'quick search' button. To change your account details, click the Account button and they will all be assessable in there. Please make sure your details are correct, including your email.
Subscribing and Unsubscribing to the Newsletter:
To Subscribe or Un-Subscribe to our newsletter please click the “Subscribe to our Newsletter” button which will give you the option. We are working on making subscriptions more optional so you will only receive what you want to receive like short dated specials, clearance, grocery specials etc.
When going through the price catalogue or on the web, you may come across S/O or (SO): Meaning special order, are products that we do not hold stock of. They must be ordered in on request. Please allow for time in getting these products as delivery will depend and therefore, differ for each supplier. You must fill in this form, put in the details, send or fax back to us, once recieved you must sign it and send it back. You order will then be processed.
