Q. How do I open an account with NRG?

A. We have two account application forms for an NRG account. One for customers who wish to apply for a 30 day account and one for customers who wish to pay for their order prior to dispatch. You may return your account application via email to sales@nrgaust.com or by fax 07 3889 8848.

 

Q. How do I get a user name and password for the website?

A. Email sales@nrgaust.com to apply for access.

 

Q. Can I order practitioner only items if I am a natural medicine student?

A. Yes you can, but only for personal use. A maximum of 2 can be ordered of any 1 practitioner only product if you are a verified student.

 

Q. Can I order practitioner only items if I am not a practitioner or a student for personal use?

A. No.

 

Q. Does NRG have a minimum order amount?

A. No. But if your order is under $100 ex GST, you will be charged an additional handling fee of $6.00 on top of freight.
